Why choose Shelby's Goldendoodles?
We go above and beyond on health testing our puppies
Our focus is on health, happiness, temperament, and color. We are so confident in our programs that we offer a 2 Year Genetic Health guarantee and life time breeder support to all our families. Whether you are looking for the goofiness of a Sheepadoodle, the loyalty of a Bernedoodle, the calm demeanor of a Goldendoodle, the hunting prowess of an Irish Doodle, or the family friendliness of a Cavapoo, you’ve come to the right place! Our program produces all 5 breeds using the same superb health standards.
We specialize in Mini Goldendoodles that mature to be between 20 and 35 pounds.
Our Mini Goldendoodle puppies are our most common size! Our families find it very easy to travel with a Mini Goldendoodle, yet they are still the perfect size for family activities like running, biking and hiking. Our most common colors are deep red, red and white abstract, red and white parti, and our newest color being blue merle parti.
A Mini Goldendoodle is the happy medium for families that love the vigor of the large breed but are not sure their home, vehicle or lifestyle can handle the size.
To be clear, we also produce beautiful Standard Goldendoodles that weigh 50+ pounds, and even Tiny Goldendoodles that weigh as little as 15 pounds!
The Goldendoodle is a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. Goldendoodle puppies are ideal for many types of homes because they are family-friendly, laid back, and easily trainable. They are also huge goofballs who are consistently entertaining!
A 1st Generation Goldendoodle, known as an “F1” Goldendoodle, is the most commonly bred generation. That means they are a direct cross between a purebred poodle and Golden Retriever. However over the years other crosses have become increasingly popular, such as the F1b Goldendoodle, a cross between an F1 Goldendoodle and a poodle.
